AI Yard Planner works best when the photo shows the structure of the yard. Use the guidance below before spending credits on a new preview.

Photo quality

Use a daylight photo with the house, fence, walkway, patio, driveway, or main trees visible. Avoid extreme close-ups and night photos.

One preview uses one credit. If your Stripe pack is not configured yet, the pricing page will show that checkout is waiting on Price IDs.

Generation requires sign-in so the preview can be tied to your account and credits can be charged correctly.

The result is a visual design concept. It cannot verify drainage, soil, utilities, permits, code, mature plant size, or construction cost.

If the provider rejects a job before a finished image is delivered, credits should not be charged by the shared gateway settlement path.

Use the feedback button on the site and include what you expected, what changed, and whether the issue was upload, credits, login, or result quality.
